The 8th Conference of the Academic Program in Tourism and Hospitality of ACT (The American College of Thessaloniki) is dedicated to exploring the pivotal relationship between the real estate market and tourism development. This significant event will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 15:30 at Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki.

The conference, "Tourism & Real Estate Development," will examine the impact of real estate on tourism infrastructure and services, directing investments toward the construction of luxury accommodations, themed resorts, and sustainable hotel units.
