On Friday, June 17, General (USAF ret.) Mark Welsh III, Dean of the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University, will join Dukakis Center Director David Wisner for a discussion on "Public Service in the Twenty-First Century."

Mark Welsh III has studied at US Air Force Academy, National War College, MIT, and Harvard Business School, among others, and has been the recipient of numerous awards and decorations. He is a former Chief of Staff of the Air Force and member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He has served at NATO and at the CIA.
