Updates regarding coronavirus COVID-19

In Fall 2020, ACT is planning to deliver its normal academic offerings with very little deviation. We are preparing for an on-campus delivery, but at the same time, since the virus crisis is not over, we are also developing all the necessary protocols and mechanisms that will ensure that campus presence is safe. Recognizing that some students may not be able to physically come to campus, we are also developing the necessary infrastructure that can accommodate them with real-time electronically mediated instruction.

Study Abroad Application Procedure

In an effort to join the global green movement, ACT admissions is now paperless. Aside from the online application, all material should be downloaded, completed, scanned and sent digitally to Roula Lebetli, the Director of Admissions at This email address is being protected from spambots.   4. Health Assessment Form, signed by your physician (PDF)
  5. Photo Consent Form
  6. Official College Transcripts
  7. Copy of the ID page of your passport
  8. A digital photo of yourself for your ID card (JPG)

If you are accepted into the program, you will receive an acceptance letter via email from the Director of Admissions.

Housing Deposit 

In order to secure your place in the program please make the $300 housing deposit by the deadline indicated in your acceptance letter. The housing deposit is refunded at the end of a successfully completed semester.
