The Admission Process

Students interested in entering the BS in Aviation Management with Pilot Studies program need to follow the admission process as described below:

  1. Express a written interest to apply for admission to the program.

  1. Pass the Egnatia Aviation Selection test.
    This test will determine at a basic level your fit to become a pilot.
  2. Take and successfully complete the EASA Class I Medical Test at an approved aeromedical center.
    Locations of aeromedical centers can be provided based on your geographical area.
  3. Complete the ACT online application for the “Aviation Management with Pilot Studies”, at admissions.act.edu.
  4. Accept the admissions offer.
  5. Pay the required deposits.

Application Deadlines 

EU Undergraduate Fall Term  

  • We accept applications on a rolling admissions basis by May 30th.
    Admitted students should pay their deposits by June 1st.

US Undergraduate Fall Term

  • We accept applications on a rolling admissions basis by April 1st.
    Admitted students should pay their deposits by May 1st.

 Non-EU Undergraduate Fall Term

  • We accept applications on a rolling admissions basis by April 30th.
    Admitted students should pay their deposits by May 1st.

Housing

During your time at ACT, housing will be provided by the ACT housing office after the application for admission is successfully completed.
During your time with Egnatia Aviation for the Airline Pilot Integrated Program and other courses, you are given the following accommodation options.
