Dear Mr. Jackson, I am writing to express our gratitude for your openness and willingness to hear the students' concerns. We are extremely happy to see that we were taken seriously and, as a result, the railing we requested has been installed. It is a truly great thing when the administration and the students can cooperate in order to improve the campus. I believe that this railing, while a small project in itself, goes a long way in expressing the aim of ACT/Anatolia to serve as a progressive example and to be an open, accessible institution.
