PLEASE NOTE: The following forms and materials must be submitted to complete your application package for consideration in the Study Abroad Program at the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT):
  1. Study Abroad Application (Online)
  2. Housing Application (PDF) for Spring 2009
  3. Certificate of Insurance Coverage (PDF)
  4. Medical Evaluation Form, signed by your physician (PDF)
  5. Official College Transcripts
  6. Copy of the ID page of your passport
  7. Two passport-sized photos of yourself
Other than the material completed online, please print and complete or have completed by the appropriate parties the relevant forms. Please assemble all other materials and send the complete packet to:
